Seymour Studios offers economical, safe, furnished mid-long term accommodation, complete with WiFi, a digital TV and split system. Each room has it's own ensuite and kitchenette for ultimate privacy.

Seymour Studios offers accommodation for short term (3 months), mid term (6 months) and long term (12 months). 6 and 12 month lease agreements are more economical than the short term 3 month agreements. Shorter terms may also be available.

The focus of Seymour Studios is providing as much privacy and self sufficency as possible whilst keeping communal areas clean and tidy, with frequent cleaning and maintenance. Seymour Studios has a communal laundry with multiple front load washers and dryers, communal clothesline, as well as a full kitchen complete with an oven and hotplate. There is frequent cleaning scheduled across communal spaces (main kitchen and laundry) as well as frequent gardening.

Each studio comes with a double or queen sized bed and mattress with a bedside table, plus a dining table/desk and chairs. There's also a digital TV in each studio, as well as appliances; fridge freezer, convection oven, kettle and basic cooking and dining supplies.

Tenants are required to bring their own personal belognings, as well as their own linen including towels, sheets, pillows and duvets. Tentants will also need to bring their own personal/cleaning/washing supplies.

Each private space comes complete with an ensuite bathroom (standing shower, vanity and toilet). There's also a kitchenette complete with a fridge freezer, a convection oven that accommodates baking, frying and microwaving, plus a kettle and the following kitchenware: Cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, basic utensils.

Seymour Studios is generally tenanted by individuals who are looking for low maintenance living. Often, our tenants are temporarily living in Seymour for work and take up 6-12 months leases for their secondments. 

Often, the individual spaces are rented by businesses housing their staff who may be working locally or nearby in Puckapunyal, Mangalore, Avenel, Nagambie etc.

In a few weeks' time, there will be limited opportunties for couples to reside at Seymour Studios.

Ultimately, Seymour Studios offers affordable, furnished, private residence for short term, mid and long term tenants.

Seymour Studios is managed by a Property Manager. As per all lease agreements, there is a process to follow that the Property Manager will guide you through. All enquiries should be made via the 'Contact Us' form provided.

All utilities from gas, electricity, water and WiFi are included in the weekly rent. Communal cleaning and gardening are also provided, with no additional fees for tenants to worry about.

We have frequent communcal cleaning scheduled, which is not an additional cost to tenants. Should cleaning be required in private spaces, there will be an additional fee, quoted based on the needs and frequency of the tenant.
